"First of all, let me just say Sunset Beach was AMAZING!!!  Everyone in the group enjoyed the day we spent there.  Thank you so much for all of your help arranging this. You really made me look good. A tour rep met us at the cruise terminal (holding the sign with our names!) and led us to what appeared to be a brand new bus! I have to admit that I was hesitant at first to even get off of the ship in Montego Bay after our last couple of visits there so I'm really glad that my husband pushed for us to go to Sunset Beach.

“Just checking in to report that we loved Sunset Beach!! The staff there are very nice, friendly, and seem to have the common goal of sincerely wanting you to have a good time at their resort. The food at the lunch buffet was excellent.....so many choices! You can try them all and then choose your favorite dishes. (The fish with coconut sauce was great! LOVED that cheesecake!!!) We noticed a group of younger people who were thoroughly enjoying the swim-up bar. I don't drink alcohol, but they have non-alcoholic pina coladas which were great! DH noticed that they have Red Stripe beer… The bar also served soft drinks, and there were drink stands here and there. All food and drinks are included in the price.

We actually saw very few children at the resort. It wasn't crowded at all. Beach chairs were plentiful. Pools were sparkling clean and inviting, although we chose to play in the ocean. One down side to the ocean is that there is a lot of sea grass. We just swam over it to the deeper water. We did a little snorkeling, which was not the best we have done, but we did see some interesting fish. I know it's silly, but I was delightfully entertained the hermit crabs scampering along the beach as we relaxed in the lounge chairs. It was a most peaceful, relaxing day, and we will do it again!
