Cancellations & Refunds, etc:

1. Cancellations may be made up to 11 days prior to visit date for a full refund!
2. Montego Bay cruise ship guests will visit Sunset Beach Resort & Spa Montego Bay.
3. Ocho Rios cruise ship guests will visit Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort & Spa Ocho Rios.
4. You get a FULL REFUND if your ship misses the port entirely during your cruise.  Purchaser must notify us within 12 days after scheduled date of visit, we will confirm the port miss and the refund will be processed immediately.
5. Purchase is non-refundable if canceled 10 days prior to visit date.
6. Purchase is non-refundable if guest is a no-show on visit date.
7. Purchase is non-refundable if inclement weather, with the exception of a hurricane per the national weather service.
8. Refunds will be made back to purchaser in the same form of payment. Cancellations must be made in writing to info@jamaicaforaday.com or by mail (see address below) and will be validated by return email (or letter), including a cancellation code.  We are not liable for misdirected or undelivered cancellation emails or letters.
9. Please do not request refund from the Resorts.  JamaicaForaDay.com is responsible for refunds and changes. 
10. Pinkys Up, Corp., Exclamation Points, Inc., (dba JamaicaForaDay.com), the cruise line, Sunset Jamaica Grande, and Sunset Beach shall not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to money, jewelry, clothing, or other valuables that have been tendered to management for safekeeping.

Black-out dates or Sold-out dates:

1. Resort Passes may not be issued on these black-out dates (request basis only):
   • Aug 1-10, 2010
   • Nov 25-30, 2010
   • Dec 24, 2010 -Jan 1, 2011
2. JamaicaForaday.com and Sunset Resorts reserve the right to add black-out dates, limit the number of day passes issued per day, and in very rare circumstance cancel reservations if necessary.  In any of these unlikely events, guest will be notified immediately and a full refund issued.

Transfers to Sunset Beach Montego Bay and Sunset Jamaica Grande Ocho Rios:

1. If you do not choose our transfer package: Guest is responsible for transfer from ship to resort and from resort to ship.  JamaicaForaday.com nor Sunset Resorts, any of their affiliates or employees, hold no responsibility for arrivals, departures, or transfers or missed transfers.  You may purchase transfers from us however it is the guest responsibility to confirm pick up time for return to ship.
2. If you do choose our transfer package: Guests purchasing our convenient transfers should disembark ship upon arrival to pier and meet the JTL taxi driver, who will bring you to your resort immediately or within about 10 minutes (no long waits - we want you to have fun fast!).  Driver will be standing by no longer than one hour after the cruise ship begins disembarking passengers.  Guests disembarking more than one hour after arrival to cruise ship pier will be required to arrange separate taxi transfers at the guest's expense.  No refunds are given for unused or missed pre-paid transfers.
