About Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellations may be made up to 11 days prior to visit date for a full refund!
Receive a FULL REFUND if your ship misses the port entirely during your cruise. Purchaser must notify us within 12 days after scheduled date of visit, we will confirm the port miss and the refund will be processed immediately.
Deposit is non-refundable if canceled 11 days prior to visit date.
Deposit is non-refundable if guest is a no-show on visit date.
Deposit is non-refundable if inclement weather, with the exception of a hurricane per the national weather service.
Refunds will be made back to purchaser in the same form of payment. Cancellations must be made in writing to Kim@ResortForaDay.com or by mail. We are not liable for misdirected or undelivered cancellation emails or letters.
Please do not request refund from the Resorts. JamaicaForaDay.com is responsible for refunds and changes.
Pinkys Up Inc.,dba JamaicaForaDay.com, Sunset Resorts, Jewel Dunn's River Resort and Hilton Rose Hall shall not assume any responsibility for loss or damage to money, jewelry, clothing, or other valuables that have been tendered to management for safekeeping.
If paying by credit card, charge will appear on credit card statement as ResortForaDay.com.
If paying by PayPal, charge will appear as Pinkys Up.
Black-out dates or Sold-out dates:
Resort Passes may not be issued on these black-out dates (they are issued on a request basis ONLY):
President's Week (Feb 19-26),
Easter Week (Apr 8-15), Christmas Week (Dec 23-29), New Years (before, during and week after).
If you'd like to visit during these periods, kindly email your request to Kim@ResortforaDay.com before your purchase.
We reserve the right to add black-out dates, limit the number of resort passes issued per day, and in very rare circumstance cancel reservations if necessary (don't sweat it - that's never happened!). In any of these unlikely events, guest will be notified immediately and a full refund issued.
Transfers to/from Sunset Beach Montego Bay, Sunset Jamaica Grande Ocho Rios, The Jewel Dunn's River and Hilton Rose Hall:
If you do not choose our transfer package:
Guest is responsible for transfer from ship to resort and from resort to ship. JamaicaForaDay.com, Sunset Resorts, Jewel Dunn's River Hilton Rose Hall, any of their affiliates or employees, hold no responsibility for arrivals, departures, transfers or missed transfers. Check-in as early as 9:30AM. Guests are required to exit the property by 4:30PM. Falmouth-port guests to the Hilton may still up till 6:00PM if ship time permits.
If you do choose our transfer package (thanks!):
Guests purchasing our convenient transfers should disembark ship according to the instructions on your Resort Pass. Our mission is to transfer you to the resort between by 9:30AM but this will vary based on your ship's arrival/disembarkation times.
After disembarking, meet the Jamaica Tours Limited driver who will be holding a JAMAICAFORADAY sign.
Your transfer will depart once all guests board, as quickly as possible.
If you miss your transfer, a driver may be standing by within one hour of ship's disembarkation. Guests disembarking later are required to arrange separate taxi transfers at the guest's expense. No refunds are given for unused or missed pre-paid transfers.
