How does your round trip transfer package work?
The Resort Pass you receive includes easy transfer instructions. Your pass contains the transfer instructions. CLICK TO SEE TRANSFERS INSTRUCTIONS. Our mission is to give you the fullest day possible at your resort. Our transfer package provides great peace-of-mind, convenience and fantastic money-savings. The clean, comfortable, state-of-the art buses provide one transfer to your resort, and one transfer back to your ship. See TRANSFERS.
Here are approximate transfer times:
Arrive as early as 9:30AM (local Jamaica time). Disembark your cruise ship and come on over. Stay the day! Leave in time to taxi back to your cruise ship so you are "all aboard" at the designated time. You are responsible for transferring back on time (we suggest leaving 2 hours prior to your ship's departure time). You can see the bellman for taxi assistance. (Departure times should be no later than 4:30PM for Sunset Resorts, and no later than 6:00PM for Hilton Rose Hall. Of course, this all depends on your ship's all-aboard time!
What should I do when I get to the resort?
BEFORE you party (or chillax) proceed to the front desk to check-in! We’ll be expecting your arrival. Present your JamaicaForaDay Resort Pass. Present your cruise card (we'll give it right back to you). Pay the balance due (you have paid a deposit here). You can pay by credit card (or cash) at the front desk.
What is your refund policy?
If your ship misses the port entirely, we refund your money in full! If you cancel for any reason 11 days prior to your visit date, we refund your money in full.

What if my ship's itinerary changes?
